1. Incorporation Of Terms

These Terms are applicable to all Software and Services supplied by DoNotCall.com.sg from and on this website.

2. Licence

2.1 ) DoNotCall.com.sg grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable licence, with no rights of sub-licence, to use the Database solely for its own business operations.

2.2 ) The Customer may only use the Database, or any portion thereof, in the manner and for the purposes expressly provided herein.
a) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Customer shall not, and shall not permit or otherwise allow or instruct any User or third party to:

1. Market, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, advertise or otherwise make available to any third party, the Database, in whole or part.
2. The Customer are prohibited from transmitting from this site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane messages, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
3. The Customer shall be wholly responsible for the use of the services under your account and for any content disseminated therefrom.

2.3 ) DoNotCall.com.sg reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer.
a) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. DoNotCall.com.sg retains all rights, title and interest of whatever nature in and to the Database; and
2. Neither it nor any of its Users acquires any rights, express or implied in or to the Database

3. Termination

DoNotCall.com.sg may (i) suspend the Licence or (ii) revoke the Licence and terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by giving to the Customer prior written notice of not less than 24 hours.

4. Warranty

DoNotCall.com.sg warrants that the number embedded in the website, or Call/SMS transmitted/made from the website, have been duly filtered though the DNC Registry, and valid during the relevant validity period.

5. Indemnity

In the event that any sms/call made to a DNC number/contact is/was put through, DoNotCall.com.sg hereby guarantee and warrant full indemnity to the customer for all losses, costs, and damages arising therefrom.
A call/sms log will be maintained for six (6) months to track all transactions through our system.

6. Price

We reserve the right to change or modify pricing on our website without notice or obligation at our sole discretion.

7. Online Payment

All payments are debited to "Amicus Pte. Ltd."
